You have three options for how to sign.
The three methods
- Email OTP, a one-time code by email.
- Norwegian BankID, signing with Norwegian BankID.
- SMS OTP, a one-time code by SMS.
OTP
OTP stands for “one-time password”, a one-time code you receive and use once.
How to do it
- Choose your preferred method.
- Follow the instructions and complete the signing.
Tip
BankID gives the strongest confirmation of identity and is recommended where possible. Email OTP or SMS OTP are good alternatives when BankID is not available.
Not receiving the one-time code?
- Email: check your spam folder.
- SMS: check that the correct mobile number is registered, and wait a couple of minutes.
- Ask for a new code if it does not arrive.
