The guidance in the deviation dialog is advisory. It brings up the basis for the point you are on, and you can ask freely if the tabs don't cover your question.
How to do it
- Open an inspection point and choose "Register deviation".
- The guidance sits at the top of the dialog, with the tabs References, Typical faults, At TG2 you typically see and Remedy.
- If you need more, type your question in the field "Need more help? Ask Løs" and click "Send".
- The button "Ask AI" opens the same assistant.
Good to know
- The assistant is tied to the inspection point you are on. It answers in that context, not in general.
- "Insert into description" copies the text from the open tab into the description field. The text can be edited afterwards.
- AI assistance is active as long as the report is a draft, and is disabled once the report is submitted.
Tips
- Use the tabs first. They are shorter than a free-text answer, and they are tied to the point.
- Ask concrete questions. "Is this TG2 or TG3 when the difference is 40 degrees at normal load?" gives a better answer than "how do I grade overheating?".
- The text you insert is your responsibility. Read it through, and rewrite anything that doesn't match the installation you are standing in.
Is the assistant's answer definitive?
No. It is advisory guidance. The grading is the inspector's assessment, and you are the one responsible for the report.
