Good to know
- The fields under inspection company, inspector and parts of Customer are taken from the assignment agreement and your profile.
- You can overwrite them, but a correction here does not feed back to the agreement.
- ELECTRICAL ENTERPRISE ID is normally the only field you have to fill in yourself.
- The certificate numbers for residential, commercial and agricultural work are taken from your profile.

Inspection details
- APPLICABLE REGULATION, according to when the installation was built: Rødboka / FEA (1963 til 1988) · FEB 88 · FEB 91 · FEB 92 · FEL (gjeldende fra 1999). These are Norwegian regulation names and are shown in Norwegian in the product.
- PERFORMED PER STANDARD(S), according to which NEK 400 edition you are inspecting against: NEK 400:1998 · 2002 · 2006 · 2010 · 2014 · 2018 · 2022 · 2026
- INSPECTION DATE * is the only field in the entire form marked with an asterisk. NEXT INSPECTION and SPECIAL CONDITIONS / NOTES are filled in as well.
Tips
- Read through the prefilled fields even if they look correct. If the agreement was written for a different address, the error follows it here.
- Set APPLICABLE REGULATION according to when the installation was actually built, not according to today's rules. If parts of the installation were changed later, say so under SPECIAL CONDITIONS / NOTES.
- Fill in NEXT INSPECTION straight away, while you have the installation fresh in mind. A recommended date for the next inspection belongs in the report.
I corrected a field here. Does the assignment agreement change?
No. The form and the agreement are two different documents. A correction in the form applies to the report, not to the agreement. If it is the agreement that is wrong, it has to be handled separately.
