Before you can create inspections in Hunit, your company has to be registered. This is done once, by the first user in the company. You need the organisation number and a work email address. No card details, no package to choose.
How to do it
- Go to hunit.no and choose Register your company at the top right. Create your first inspection on the front page leads to the same place.
- Country is prefilled with Norway and cannot be changed here. It follows the version of the platform you are on, and makes sure you get Norwegian regulations and the NEK 405 setup.
- Enter the nine-digit organisation number and press Look up. The company details are fetched from the Norwegian company register, so the name and address are right from the start.
- Enter your work email. It becomes your user account and receives all further communication from the platform.
- Press Create account. The button only activates once both the organisation number and the email are filled in.
Use the company's own domain
Choose an email address on the company domain rather than a private one. It makes it easier to connect colleagues to the same company later.
Once you press Create account, you get the page “Check your email”. We send a link to the address you gave. The link is valid for 24 hours and completes the creation of the account.
No link arrived?
- Check junk mail and spam filters. Corporate filters sometimes stop automated email.
- Check that you typed the address correctly. If it is wrong, you have to start the registration again.
- If the link has expired or has already been used, request a new one from the login page.
The lookup cannot find the company?
Check that you entered all nine digits, without spaces or full stops.
A colleague has already registered the company?
Then do not register it again. Ask them for an invitation and use Log in instead. See “Add a user”.
