The link in the email takes you to the page “Welcome to Hunit”. Here you fill in your own user profile and accept the privacy policy and the licence agreement. This is the last step before the account is active.
How to do it
- Your email address sits at the top in a locked field. It was confirmed through the link you clicked and cannot be changed here.
- Enter your first and last name. The name is used on contracts, inspection reports and in the signing log, so use your full name as it appears in public records.
- Choose the country code and enter your phone number. +47 Norway is preselected. The number is used for notifications and to reach you about inspection assignments.
- Enter your date of birth as dd/mm/yyyy, or use the calendar icon.
- Choose your country from the dropdown. The field is empty until you make a choice.
- Tick the privacy policy under point 1. Read it first, it describes how your personal data is collected, used and protected.
- Read the licence agreement under point 2 and tick the box. The checkbox stays inactive until you have scrolled all the way to the bottom of the agreement.
- Press Complete registration.
You are signing on behalf of the company
Whoever accepts the licence agreement does so on behalf of the company and confirms at the same time that they have authority to commit the company commercially. If you are unsure whether you have that authority, the registration should be done by someone who does. The acceptance is logged with a timestamp, user identity and agreement version.
Complete registration will not activate?
The most common reason is that the licence agreement has not been scrolled to the bottom. Also check that a country is selected and that every required field is filled in.
The link has expired or has already been used?
Request a new one from the login page.
The email address in the locked field is wrong?
Then the registration has to be started again with the correct address.
