The Templates > Purchase page is used to buy one inspection type at a time. Each purchase sets up a complete set of documents, form and report template tailored to exactly that inspection. So you are not only choosing a product, but which documentation the assignment will run on.
How to do it
- Choose “Company”. This decides who is invoiced, and where the documents end up.
- Choose “Inspection standard”. The purchase options only appear once the standard has been selected.
- Choose the agreement type among the two cards that appear.
- Click “Buy” on the card you want.
The two standards

The choice is decisive. Choose the wrong standard and you get the wrong checklist and the wrong report.
The two agreement types
The inspection itself and the AI support are the same in both. The difference lies solely in which agreement document comes with it.

Note the difference in name
For residential the two-sided document is called a service contract, for commercial a service agreement. The function is the same.
Price and invoicing
The price is shown on the card before you buy. The amount is not charged to a card there and then: by clicking “Buy” you accept that it is added to the selected company’s monthly invoice. So click only once the company and inspection type are right, since the action triggers a payment obligation.
Quick decision help
- Is the building a home? NEK 405-2. Is it commercial or a business? NEK 405-3.
- Is the assignment already agreed with the client, and you want to start now? Assignment confirmation.
- Is it a larger assignment, a new client, or do you want full legal cover? The two-sided signed agreement.
- In doubt? The two-sided signed agreement gives the best documentation.
Tip
Check that the right company is selected. This cannot be changed on the invoice afterwards. One purchase is one assignment and one set of documents. If you are doing several inspections, you have to repeat the purchase.
