The confirmation links the assignment to the platform and refers to the agreement you already have. You get the same inspection form, AI support and locked report, and can still invite the owner into Hunit.

The certification body
Invite your certification partner, for example DNV or Nemko, as an observer. They can see that your inspections are delivered as required, and the documentation is ready when recertification approaches.

The owner can give the insurance company access to the report. An inspection documented by the book gives the owner a better starting point, and you a happier client.

Does the client have to install anything?
No. The client signs digitally with a one-time SMS code or BankID, and the report is shared digitally. No app and no login to sign.
Do I need my own contracts?
No. The platform has a ready-made service contract for residential and commercial, with price and right of withdrawal (angrerett) in place. If you already have your own agreement, you use the assignment confirmation, which links the assignment to the platform and refers to your agreement.
What happens to the report afterwards?
The report is locked at submission and stored with timestamps and an activity log. The client controls who gets access, for example the insurance company, and the report is retained for at least five years.
What is the AI support?
Two things. AI look-ups in the regulations while you are on site, and a finished draft summary with rectification suggestions once the inspection is done. The support is advisory and does not replace professional judgement, you always hold the professional responsibility.
Can my certification body see my inspections?
Yes, if you invite them. You can give for example DNV or Nemko observer access, so completed inspections are visible to them and the documentation is ready for recertification.
